You'll never need to worry about running out of oil

Oil prices have been very volatile recently which makes budgeting for your oil very difficult. If you join one of our planned delivery schemes, we'll take all the hassle out of ordering and paying for your oil.

Our standard planned delivery service uses a combination of daily temperatures and your delivery history to calculate roughly when you will need your next delivery. If however you want a more accurate device for monitoring your oil, we can connect you to our Signalman Automatic Delivery system.

The Signalman system is available for a small monthly fee and monitors your tank automatically via a special probe. The probe then sends us a message telling us the level of fuel in your tank. Once it has reached an agreed level, we will then come out and refill your tank. We aim to ensure you always have fuel in your tank.

This is subject to a simple sight survey to check the monitor suits your requirements.

1. We fit your heating tank with a probe and transmitter.
The probe senses the level of oil and the transmitter sends regular signals to the control box which we fit in a convenient spot inside your home. The system can be used for tanks up to 1000 meters away from a phone point (the latest version can manage up to 8 tanks)

2. Your control box is connected to the phone line.
The Signalman automatically calls our computer, at pre-set intervals to keep us advised of your oil level.

3. We monitor your oil level and deliver as necessary.
Following whatever procedures suit you best, we arrange delivery. In most cases you don't even need to be at home.
